The European Association of Dental Public Health was founded in 1996 as an international and independent science-based forum for professionals having a special interest in dental public health and community dentistry.
The objective of the EADPH e.V. is the promotion of dental public health, which is defined by the association as the science and art of preventing oral diseases, promoting oral health and improving the quality of life through the organized efforts of society. This concerns not only actions directed at populations as a whole, but also at the groups and individuals that make up populations.

Dear EADPH member,
The EADPH board and the local organizing committee of the joint EADPH-BASCD meeting to be held in London, November 15 – 17th, 2012, has agreed to extend the abstract submission deadline to 30th April 2012. We kindly invite you to submit an abstract on any topic relevant to public dental health for presentation at the meeting. The theme of the meeting is: “Addressing Common Challenges in Europe: Pan European Working in support of Oral Health”.
The submission form is available on the EADPH website, www.eadph.org. More details on the congress can be found on http://www.eadph.org/congresses/current.html.
Please note that the submission of an abstract carries with it the obligation to register (including payment of the registration fee) and presentation at the conference.
